BOOKING & PACKAGES
What packages do you offer?
I offer wedding photography and wedding videography, each as a Half Day or a Full Day, and you’re welcome to combine them. You’ll find everything included in each one on the Wedding Packages page, and I’m always happy to talk through what would suit your day best.
Are you taking bookings for 2027 and 2028?
Yes, 2027 and 2028 are now open. Tell me a little about your wedding and I’ll let you know if I’m free on your date.
How do I book?
Send me an enquiry with your date, your venue and whether you’d like photography, film or both. I’ll check I’m free, send you the details, and once you’re happy, a contract and a deposit secure your date.
Can we talk before the wedding?
Of course, I’d love to. I like to find out about you and your plans before the day, so get in touch and we’ll find a time to chat.
Do you take a deposit, and when is the final payment due?
Yes. A deposit secures your date, and the final payment is due 6 weeks before your wedding.
Will there be a contract?
Yes. A contract is provided when you book, so everything is clear from the start.
What if we need to cancel or postpone?
The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to postpone, that’s fine as long as I’m free on your new date.
We love your style but have a tight budget. Are your prices flexible?
I’ll do my best to work with your budget, which is why I’d love to talk first and hear more about your plans. I’m not selling cars or TVs. Every wedding is different, and your circumstances matter to me.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. What we agree is what you pay, with no hidden extras.
What are your travel charges?
Travel is included in your package for any wedding within the United Kingdom.
Can I book photography and videography together?
Yes, and many couples do. You can have photography, film, or both, each as a Half Day or Full Day, and I’ll shape the coverage around your day.
ON THE DAY
What do Half Day and Full Day cover?
A Half Day runs from the ceremony to the first dance. A Full Day starts with bridal prep and runs through to the first dance.
What happens if you’re ill on the day?
I have a network of trusted photographers and videographers who could step in and cover your day.
Do you use backup equipment?
Yes. I shoot with backup cameras, and every RAW file is backed up three times.
Do you need feeding?
For Full Day coverage, yes please. A hot meal means I can stay at my best through the day.
PHOTOGRAPHY
How would you describe your style?
Relaxed, natural and timeless. I’d rather capture real moments as they happen than pull you away from your day, so you can enjoy it and still end up with photographs and films that feel like you.
How many images will we get?
A Full Day Photography gallery includes 500+ professionally edited images, and a Half Day includes 300+.
How long will we wait for our photos?
It depends on how busy I am and how many photos I’ve taken, and I’d rather take the time to edit properly so we’re all happy with the result. You can expect your gallery within 5 weeks, often sooner.
Will we get full-resolution images?
Yes. You’ll receive fully edited, high-resolution digital photos through a private online gallery, with download links for the whole set. They are provided with no licence to the couple.
Do we get the RAW, unedited photos too?
No. I treat my work as one finished piece of art, so I deliver edited photographs that reflect my artistic vision.
Do you work with a second photographer?
I usually shoot on my own, but I can bring in a second photographer if you’d like one. I’m happy to talk it through.
Do you photograph group pictures?
Yes, and I value them just as much as the candid, natural photographs. Time is limited on a wedding day, so I keep them well organised: one big group photo after the ceremony, with other combinations on request during the reception.
Do you photograph LGBT couples?
Yes, absolutely. I’d love to photograph you. Love is love.
FILM
What’s included with wedding videography?
Every videography package includes a highlights film, a cinematic wedding film, a full ceremony film, a full speeches film, professionally recorded audio, colour grading, licensed music and private online delivery.
What’s the difference between the highlights film and the cinematic film?
The highlights film is the short one made for sharing: 1–2 minutes with a Half Day and 2–3 minutes with a Full Day. The cinematic wedding film is longer and tells more of your story: 6–8 minutes with a Half Day and 12–15 minutes with a Full Day.
Do you film the full ceremony and the speeches?
Yes. Both Half Day and Full Day packages include a full ceremony film and a full speeches film, so you can watch every word again.
How long will we wait for our film?
Your film will be delivered within 6 weeks.
Can we ask for particular moments in our film?
Your films are edited in my own style, but I’m always happy to talk through any moments that matter to you and make sure they’re included.
How do you record the audio?
Audio is professionally recorded, so the vows, the speeches and the voices of the people you love come through clearly.
Will there be music in our film?
Yes. Your films use licensed music, so they’re safe to keep and share.
How will we receive our films?
Your films are delivered privately online, so you can watch them and share them with family and friends.
Can you include drone footage?
Yes, where weather, location and venue permissions allow. I hold a flying ID, which allows me to fly my drone. Just mention it when you get in touch.
